Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Functional Medicine Certified Professional
Functional, root-cause medicine for people who have been told their labs are normal but know they do not feel well.
After years of caring for patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adi became increasingly curious about what lies beneath symptoms: not simply how to treat them, but why they develop in the first place. Functional medicine gave him a framework for understanding those connections, and Life Mosaics grew from a simple idea: listen deeply, put the pieces of a person’s health story together, and help them make meaningful changes that support how their body functions.
Medicine as a practice of presence.
The time a rushed visit does not allow.
Adi's approach begins with listening to a person's story, identifying patterns and contributing factors, and helping people understand how areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and environment may influence their health.
His goal is to create a partnership in which people better understand their bodies and can make meaningful, sustainable choices that support their health. An initial consultation runs a full 90 minutes, because the story matters as much as the labs.
